What is the minimum order amount for free shipping?
In mainland Spain, shipping is free for orders over €75 + VAT. For the rest of the European Union, free shipping applies to orders of €150 + VAT or more. Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland, the Azores, and Mediterranean islands are subject to a shipping cost—please contact us before placing your order. VAT-exempt for B2B customers with a valid intra-Community VAT number.
What is your return policy?
