Instructions for use:
1) Rub the plug: Rub the plug in the ear canal.
2) Pull the pinna: Gently pull the pinna with the other hand to open the ear canal.
3) Insert the plug: Gently push the plug into the ear canal to ensure a snug fit.
4) Hold position: Hold the plug for 20-30 seconds until it expands and make sure the plugs are completely sealed in the ear canal and there is no sound leakage.
