  • They are added to a privately owned database, which is duly registered with the AEPD, and for which Pink Ant, S.L. is the data controller and sole recipient.
  • Please be advised that we may communicate with you via instant messaging systems in order to streamline the management of the services you have contracted; for this purpose, we request your express consent.
  • We will only collect the data strictly necessary to provide the service properly, and it may be necessary to collect contact information from third parties, such as legal representatives, guardians, or designated dependents.
  • All data collected is subject to the confidentiality obligations required by law, in accordance with legally established security measures, and under no circumstances will it be disclosed to or processed by third parties—whether individuals or legal entities—without the prior consent of the client, guardian, or legal representative, except in cases where such disclosure is essential for the proper provision of the service.

  • Sending of information requested via the forms available at www.pinkant.es
  • Send newsletters, as well as commercial communications regarding promotions and/or advertising from www.pinkant.es and the industry.
  • Please note that you may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by sending an email to the address listed above.
  • The fields in these records are required; without this information, it will not be possible to fulfill the stated purposes.

Your data will be retained for the period required by law.

In cases where a user uploads files containing personal data to shared hosting servers, Pink Ant, S.L. shall not be held liable for the user’s failure to comply with applicable data protection laws.
