For mainland Spain, shipping is free on orders over €75 + VAT; for orders below that amount, the cost is calculated based on volumetric weight. For the European Union, shipping is free on orders of €150 + VAT or more. Shipping to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, as well as to Switzerland, the Azores, and Mediterranean islands, is subject to a quote.

¿Pueden comprar establecimientos de otros países de la UE?

Yes. We ship throughout the European Union with free shipping on orders over €150 + VAT. B2B customers with a valid intra-Community VAT number are exempt from Spanish VAT. We issue invoices to businesses in all EU countries.

¿Cuál es la política de devoluciones?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product has not been opened or personalized. To process a return, please email us at info@pinkant.es, including your order number and the reason for the return. Pink Ant will cover the return and shipping costs.
