All prices shown on pinkantstore.com are exclusive of VAT. For customers in Spain, the applicable VAT is added during the checkout process. B2B customers with a valid intra-Community VAT number are exempt from Spanish VAT—the exemption is applied automatically when the number is entered during the purchase process. Our prices are structured for recurring wholesale purchases. By working directly with manufacturers and handling consolidated volumes, we can offer competitive prices without requiring a minimum order.

Mainland Spain: Free shipping on orders over €75 + VAT.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated based on volumetric weight and displayed on the checkout page.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, shipping costs must be quoted—please contact us before placing your order.
Europe
European Union: free shipping on orders over €150 + VAT.
For shipments to the UK, Switzerland, the Azores, and Mediterranean islands, the cost is subject to quotation—please contact us before placing your order.
VAT for European customers: B2B customers with a valid intra-Community VAT number are exempt from Spanish VAT. The exemption applies during the checkout process when you enter your intra-Community number.
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
All credit card and PayPal payments are securely processed through the payment gateway at checkout.
For bank transfer payments, the order is reserved and processed once receipt of the payment is confirmed. Bank details are provided during the checkout process.
Products received damaged or defective: Please report this within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@pinkant.es with photos of the damage and your order number. Pink Ant the replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
Returns for other reasons: The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to request a return of any product, provided it is unused and in perfect condition. To initiate the process, please email info@pinkant.es, indicating the order number.
In all cases, the customer may choose between a replacement of the product or a full refund via the same payment method used for the purchase. Return and shipping costs are covered by Pink Ant.
Promotional products: Returns and refunds arenot accepted, unless the items were received damaged or defective.
