  • They are added to a privately owned database, which is duly registered with the A.E.P.D., and for which Pink Ant, S.L. is the data controller and sole recipient.
  • We may communicate with you via instant messaging systems in order to streamline the management of the services you have contracted; for this purpose, we request your express consent.
  • We will only request the information strictly necessary to properly provide the service; this may require collecting contact information from third parties, such as legal representatives, guardians, or dependents designated by them.

  • We remind you that you may opt out of receiving marketing communications by any means and at any time by sending an email to the address listed above.
  • The fields in these records are required; it is impossible to fulfill the stated purposes without providing this information.

In cases where the user uploads files containing personal data to the shared hosting servers, Pink Ant, S.L. is not liable for the user’s failure to comply with applicable data protection laws.
