Refund Policy
Those products received with breakage or damage should be notified to the following e-mail address info@pinkant.es within 24 hours of receiving the order in order to be able to request the return.
In all other cases, the customer will have the right to return any product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
In case of a return, the customer may choose the option to receive the product again, or request a refund in the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Promotional items do not accept returns or refunds, except for those that have been received with breakage or damage.
The costs for returns and/or exchanges will be paid in full by Pink Ant.
