Directions for use:
1) Rub the earplug: Rub the earplug against the ear canal.
2) Pull the earlobe: Gently pull the earlobe with your other hand to open the ear canal.
3) Insert the earplug: Gently push it into the ear canal to ensure a snug fit.
4) Hold in place: Hold the earplug in place for 20–30 seconds until it expands, and make sure the earplugs are completely sealed in the ear canal and that there are no sound leaks.

What is the minimum order amount for free shipping?
In mainland Spain, shipping is free for orders over €75 + VAT. For the rest of the European Union, free shipping applies to orders of €150 + VAT or more.
