What is the minimum order amount for free shipping?
In mainland Spain, shipping is free for orders over 75 € + VAT. For the rest of the European Union, free shipping applies to orders of 150 € + VAT or more. Shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland, the Azores, and the Mediterranean islands incur additional costs—please contact us for a quote before placing your order. VAT-exempt for B2B customers with a valid intra-Community VAT number.
What is your return policy?
