The outer chamber contains the liquid, and the inner chamber holds the compressed dry wipe, ready to use simply by pressing the center of the capsule against a hard surface. Instructions for Use

• Press firmly on the center of the adhesive label against a hard surface
• Wait for the fabric to absorb the liquid and expand inside the capsule
• Open the enlarged wipe easily
• Use on both sides
